WHAT: Tom and Paige say ‘I do”

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please arrive at 3:50pm for door open promptly at 4pm so we can all be settled in on time.

Please refer to the note above. We will be opening the venue doors at 4pm to get everyone seated. There will be prepared welcome drinks upon your arrival.

Chicago and the West Loop is very walkable. We encourage those who are staying in the area to allow yourselves time to walk over and expect to walk back to the hotel if your feet aren’t too sore from dancing.

No, we have not scheduled any transportation. For close family staying in our hotel block, it is an 8 minute walk from door to door.

Please refer to the details page. There, you will find a link to a “look book” created by the bride. A “vibe-guide” if you will. Note that it’s just for you to get ideas! Don’t feel any pressure to purchase anything new that you would never wear agin!

Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the dinner will be indoor/outdoor. I.e. family inside, friends outside with doors fully open if the weather permits.
Elske as amazing indoor/outdoor access to their private courtyard with sliding doors along the West facade of the restaurant.
October weather can be tricky, so make sure to check the weather the week of and plan your outfit ahead.
Cocktail Hour

Elske has a lovely upper level where guests will be guided upstairs via stairs or elevator.

Yes! Tom and Paige have worked closely with Elske to curate a drink package for both wine and mixed drinks.

Cocktail hour will go on for 60 minutes. Guests will then be directed to slowly make their way to the ground level where the bride and groom will seat you as listed on your invitation.

We encourage everyone to mingle with other guests, eat, drink and relax.
Reception
WHAT: Dinner, speeches, dancing
WHEN: Immediately after cocktail hour

With 85 people, dinner will be served buffet style where Elske will present their provisions in small batches ensuring everyone gets freshly served food.

Elske is a Michelin Star restaurant that focuses on an evolving philosophy, centering on simplistic fare, seasonal ingredients, and energetic hospitality. They combine contemporary and classic techniques while showcasing local and seasonal ingredients.
Tom and Paige have selected a menu to push your idea of familiar foods but won’t put you too far out of your comfort zone.

Always dessert. Elske’s Pastry Chef/Co-Owner, Anna Posey, is award winning herself and will be making our cake and desserts.

Tom and Paige are still deciding on night time vibes. They will be announcing their plans well ahead of the wedding date.
Morning After Coffee and Brunch
WHAT: See each other one more time before you leave! We’ll be posted up at Green Street Smoked Meats w/ open seating, awesome bbq, and fantastic coffee next door from Sawada Coffee.
WHEN: Sunday, October 5th @ 10:00am for coffee. Note that Green Street Smoked Meats opens at 11am.

Entry to the coffee shop is right off of Green Street. It is a solid metal door with stickers on it - to the left of the cobble street alley.
Entry to Green Street Smoked Meats can also be through the coffee shop or to the back of the alley, labeled doors on the left.

No, we are not providing food and drink at this event. We recognize attendance may not be 100% the morning after and not everyone may want BBQ. We appreciate your attendance and well wishes at this event.

Green Street Smoked Meats has some awesome sides. Paige’s favorite is the macaroni salad and Tom’s is the banana pudding. *okay Paige also really likes the banana pudding.
